This is a fine example of a Vinschgauer Chardonnay: very fruity and spice, with a tender acidity. Produce of the mountains.
On the stony slopes of Wolfsthurn Castle at Andrian in the warm Etsch valley we grow our Pinot Grigio grapes. The poor soil of chalk and porphyr leads to a mineralic and full bodied white wine. Half of the wine was vinified in steel tins and the other half in wooden barrels.
A highly expressiv white wine, full-bodied, wich you can pair with fish or risotto.

On the stony slopes of Wolfsthurn Castle at Andrian in the warm Etsch valley we grow our Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The poor soil of chalk and porphyr leads to a mineralic and fruity white wine. We start with a few ours of cold maceracion for extracting mor of the tipical aromas. Then we proceed with storage in steel tins. A beautiful Sauvignon with nice Aromas. Pair it with cold dishes or sea-fish.
Vinschgauer Chardonnay Riserva
The grapes get picked at optimum maturity and are crushed and pressed immediately. Fermentation takes place in French oak barriques. The wine matures for 24 months in the oak barrels. The wine is bottle-aged for several months before being released.
Gewürztraminer has become one of South Tyrol's most sought-after white wines, straw- to golden-yellow, aromatic and full-bodied, discreet to pungent on the nose, agreeably dry and spicy with hints of clove, roses and lychee.

This excellent Sparkling wine is made with Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc using fermantation in the bottle for 45 month. With its extremely fine and long-lasting perlage, its full straw-yellow to greenish color, and its brilliance and brightness, EUSTACHIUS Brut demonstrates a fruity, broadly varied bouquet, along with finely restrained aromas of yeast.
