Der Weinberg ist ausschließlich unserer Chardonnay-Sorte gewidmet, die mit Spornkordon erzogen wird.
Die West-Ost-Ausrichtung des Geländes ermöglicht eine optimale Nutzung der starken Winde des Vinschgaus.
Ein natürliches Exemplar, wertvoll und sehr empfindlich gegenüber Pilzen.

Die Weinberge von Schloss Wolfsthurn sind im Besitz meines Bruders Baron Paul Kripp. Seit 2008 verarbeiten wir in Partschins deren Trauben. Auf der Burg Wolfsthurn gibt es auch zwei Ferienwohnungen!
Im viel wärmeren, aber durch die steile Wand der Porphyrfelsen vor zu heißer Nachmittagssonne geschützten Andrian, stehen Sauvignon Blanc, Grauburgunder (Pinot Grigio), Merlot, Lagrein und die resistente Rebstorte Souvignier gris.
